Sandy’s personal journey has led her from work as a creative, problem-solving art director/graphic designer to her deepest passion— integrative nutrition & lifestyle education.
A lifelong wellness advocate, who has been victorious over battles with childhood asthma, fibromyalgia (with a family history of heart disease, hypertension, high-cholesterol, diabetes, digestive and thyroid issues), Sandy learned at an early age the power of 'Food as Medicine'.
Trained in more than one hundred dietary theories, studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods, and certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners; Sandy is a 2005 graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition/ Columbia University. She also holds a BFA from Tyler School of Art/ Temple University.
Received Continuing Education Credits from Harvard Medical School and the Culinary Institute of America at their extraordinary Healthy Kitchens, Healthy Lives Conference, Sandy also holds a ServSafe Food Manager Certification. Recently completed an in-depth Digestive Intensive Holistic Nutrition Lab with Functional Nutritionist Andrea Nakayama.

Celebrating 25-yrs as a member of the Kimberton Biodynamic CSA Farm, Sandy is also a Hatha Yoga instructor in the Svaroopa® style (trained and practiced under Master Yoga teacher Polly DiBella for 24-yrs), BodyTalk Access Technician, has studied at The Modern Gestalt Institute, The Natural Gourmet Cookery School in NYC, plus completed a Macrobiotic Cooking Internship. In her design days, Sandy was even part of the start-up creative team that launched Delicious! magazine— the first national natural food magazine (it's now online as Delicious Living). When Sandy’s not in the kitchen or garden, on the yoga blankets or with clients, you may find her at local Farmers Markets, on mountain tops, bike trails, ski trails, kayaking or hiking with her favorite chocolate lab ; )
Integrating a body-mind-spirit approach, Sandy offers individualized support and guidance to people who are ready to create positive change in their lives. She also offers Delicious & Nutritious gluten-free/ dairy-free Cooking Classes and Wellness Programs on a variety of health-supportive topics.
